Full-Day Mediation Fees:

A typical full-day mediation starts at 10:00 AM and ends at 6:00 PM. Full-day mediations (unless they are held online via Google Meet) include a working lunch catered by a restaurant or food caterer of the Mediator’s choosing. If the mediation extends past eight hours, the mediator reserves the right to charge an overtime fee of not less than $350 per hour.

Partial-Day Mediation Fees:

Half-day mediation commences at either 9:30 AM and ends at 1:30 PM or commences at 2:00 PM and ends at 6:00 PM, respectively. If the mediation extends past four hours, the Mediator reserves the right to charge an overtime fee of not less than $350 per hour.

Number of Parties: 2 or 3 - $725 Per Party. Number of Parties: 4 or More - $625 Per Party.

Divorce and Child Custody Mediation:

With Children: $3,500 Without Children: $2,500

Fee Due in Advance:

All fees are paid in advance upon completion of scheduling for a mediation. ALL Payments are non-refundable once scheduled.

Fees are payable via Credit Card (Call 281.694.7401) or PayPal, we also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay (to PatEra@EraMediation.com).

All parties represented by Attorneys are considered one party for the purposes of the mediation fee. Otherwise, each party is charged a separate fee.

Fee Cancellation Policy:

Late cancellation of mediations causes immense problems and inconveniences for all concerned. To minimize this problem, the following late cancellation policy applies to all scheduled mediations. If mediation is canceled fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled mediation date a fee of $500, or $250 for each party, will be charged to the canceling parties. Otherwise, mediation fees, once paid and scheduled, are non-refundable. If the mediation is rescheduled and conducted, any funds in excess of the $500 cancellation fee toward the rescheduled mediation. We will always make every prudent effort to work with you, your attorney, and your schedule.

Expenses:

All expenses incident to mediation would be disclosed and borne by the canceling party. Era Mediation Oracle LLC seeks to provide efficient, affordable, and quality mediation.
